Cake Rusk is the Indian version of Italian biscotti and is prepared much the same way. First, the batter is hand-blended with love and then placed in oven for an initial round of baking. Then, the cake bar is baked again to give it its unique dry texture and delectable crunchiness. We finish it off with a sprinkling of fresh diced almonds.
